SpectraIP 成立于2013 年，并于 2015 年正式注册品牌，是一家专注于高性能服务器与网络服务的基础设施提供商，同时也是一家从硬件采购、机房部署到网络路由完全由自己打理并且拥有超过十年经验的主机服务商。37VPS主机评测 除此之外，SpectraIP 还拥有专属的 AS 号(AS62068)，依托 AS62068 自有网络和多个上游运营商冗余接入，提供低延迟、高吞吐量的 IP 传输服务和机房托管，真正做到完全不依赖任何第三方。SpectraIP现在的业务包括专用服务器（独服）、虚拟专用服务器（VPS）、IP 传输和网络服务、托管解决方案等，不过暂时地区只有荷兰阿姆斯特丹，并且带宽只有1Gbps。SpectraIP 的定位更像是高性能 + 高可靠 + 完全自控基础设施，有需要的可以关注看看。

先来看看我拿到的机器的基础信息，我拿到的是VPS X4套餐， €5.79/月（2核，4G内存，80GB SSD，10T流量，2 Gbps带宽），最便宜的是€3.29欧元一个月（1核，2G内存，40GB SSD，5T流量）
系统的选择上比较丰富，基本平时需要的系统类型都涵盖到，从Ubuntu到Debian和Centos，但不支持Windows系统，不过支持自定义上传安装ISO系统。

总结：对于中国用户来说，我觉得这是一个很两极化的套餐，首先它是一个不错的欧洲节点选择，例如抗版权，大硬盘等特点，比较适合作为面向欧洲用户的网站、跨境电商、游戏加速节点（欧洲区）、流媒体解锁、数据备份、代码仓库镜像等用途，但是就不应期望它有直连回国的高速体验。原因是因为三网回程均为普通线路（电信163、联通4837、移动CMI），从国内访问延迟较高（如到北京电信约190-200ms，全国平均延迟约230ms左右），甚至连YouTube访问也很慢，即使用上了CDN优化也一样慢。虽然带宽是有宣称的2Gbps，但到亚洲地区就只有几百Mbps了。因此我认为这是一台“墙内开花墙外香”的VPS，在欧洲本地网络表现优异，IP纯净，流媒体解锁能力强，除了Disney+、Spotify、Gemini之外绝大多数都没问题，但到亚洲地区速度就慢了很多，因此我觉得主要看用途来决定是否适合自己。
