TarekCloud 是一家较新的云计算服务商，成立于 2025年9月1日，总部位于中国香港。根据官方资料显示，TarekCloud 主要专注于高性能 VPS、独立服务器、ASN 注册、IPv4/IPv6 地址租赁以及企业级网络服务，目前地区选择只有中国香港、美国洛杉矶、美国凤凰城三个地方，带宽也从1Gbps到最高10Gbps都有。37VPS主机评测 根据网上查到的信息，TarekCloud 的背景很有意思——与酷雪云同属一个集团，另外酷雪云的注册时间也是2025 年 9 月 1 日，可以理解为酷雪云面向国际市场的“马甲站”。但区别在于，Tarekcloud 完全使用自营硬件、自有机柜和自有网络基础设施，而非租用第三方资源转售，换句话说，它不只是个“卖VPS的”，而是有正经IDC上游能力的玩家。如果对这种全自营有兴趣的可以看看。

系统的选择上比较丰富，基本平时需要的系统类型都涵盖到，从Ubuntu到Debian和Centos，再到Windows系统的多个版本都可以选择，但不支持自定义上传安装ISO系统，如果有另外系统需要只能自己DD重装了。

总结：先说结论，流媒体利器，但回国很差，慎选。硬件性能方面，Intel Xeon Gold 6338是2021年的服务器CPU，单核性能中等（633分），多核接近2500分，可以满足轻中型应用，搭配16GB内存和256GB SSD，运行数据库、Web服务、容器等都没什么问题。但硬盘I/O测试中数据差别有点区别，单测平均是155 MB/s，但bench测试中平均则是682 MB/s。在网络方面，由于商家仅使用Cogent单线路，而Cogent与中国电信/联通/移动的互联点在美国，导致香港直连变成绕行美国，延迟高达300ms+，地理优势完全丧失。虽然说商家说下月会改进，但我测试的这刻数据就是这样的。回程路由上，电信是：香港（Cogent）→ 美国洛杉矶（Cogent）→ 电信163 → 中国 延迟在295-330 ms左右，联通是：香港（Cogent）→ 美国 → 联通4837 → 中国 延迟在300-340 ms左右，移动是：香港（Cogent）→ 美国 → CMI → 中国 延迟在350-420 ms左右，教育网/科技网比较好，是香港本地直连，延迟在33-68 ms左右。在流媒体和AI上，Netflix、Disney+、HBO Max、Viu等全部可用，但ChatGPT仅支持手机APP，网页版无法使用（香港地区限制），Gemini和Claude都不行。如果你主要需要流媒体解锁可以考虑一下，但前提是教育网，如果你是三网，希望利用香港的地理优势来加速中国大陆访问，就我测试当刻的结果，肯定会让你后悔。
