Backwaves.net 是隶属于 Back Waves Limited 旗下的VPS产品站，一家成立于2024年4月的网络运营商。公司总部位于香港和深圳两个地方，目前公司是拥有10人的小团队，专注于提供高效、安全的服务器租赁和托管服务。虽然是一家新公司，但Backwaves已经自建数据中心，涵盖香港、日本、美国、新加坡四地共五个 PoP（Points of Presence网络接入点），产品与网络资源一应俱全，并且所有产品线均由公司自主建设与维护，非代理服务。除此之外还拥有亚太地区600g，全球2TB+DDOS防御和香港原生商业IP、美国洛杉矶的产品还有中国联通精品优化网络(9929) ，带宽也从100 Mbps到最高的6Gbps可选，虽然写着是共享带宽，但根据官方所说，目前带宽池超大，根本到不了共享那個程度，所以暂时所开通的VPS都是等于独享带宽了。对于需要精品优化线路或者对带宽有要求的的可以看看。

最近Backwaves除了原本的三个国家外，又推出了新的国家可选，增加了新加坡，至于新加坡的质素如何，今天就来测试一下。
先来看看我拿到的机器的基础信息，我拿到的是新加坡SG | SIN | Global 04套餐，HK$299.9/月（4核，4G内存，20GB NVMe SSD，30TB双向流量，5Gbps带宽），最便宜的是美国洛杉矶的套餐，HK$20.9港币一个月（2核，2G内存，15GB NVMe SSD，2TB双向流量，1Gbps带宽）
系统的选择上比较丰富，基本平时需要的系统类型都涵盖到，从Ubuntu到Debian和Centos，不过不提供Windows系统，也不支持自定义上传安装ISO系统，但可以尝试DD系统安装。

硬盘性能测试
IP查询可以看到这个IP为IDC机房广播IP，IP还算比较干净的，风控值也不高，但之后用脚本检测的时候则显示风控等级高，这个就看更相信那个的判断了

总结：硬件上处理器用的是AMD EPYC 7663是Zen 3架构的服务器CPU，单核1510分、多核5945分，在VPS中属于优秀水平，加上如果我这个套餐的话用的4核配置足以应对中型数据库、Web服务、容器集群等场景。内存读写分别达到45GB/s和26GB/s。bench.sh测得硬盘I/O达1.6GB/s，也说明NVMe SSD性能非常出色。在网络表现上，移动用户比较适合，移动回程走新加坡→香港→CMI直连回国，延迟低至43-80ms，是目前评测中移动回程较优的机器之一，电信回程是走新加坡 → 上海（NTT/电信163）→ 中国，延迟大概是130-166ms，也是属于直连，只是对比移动稍逊一筹，联通则是新加坡 → 德国/美国（绕路）→ 联通4837 → 中国，延迟也相对较高，达到229-309ms，属于严重绕路，联通用户可能需要考虑一下。说完硬件和网络表现，再来说说流媒体的测试结果，新加坡区流媒体解锁非常全面。Netflix、Disney+、HBO Max全部可用，ChatGPT和Claude也能用，我认为流媒体解锁是这台机器的优势之一，不过有一点要注意的是，在用脚本测试IP的时候，质量属于中等偏下，至于是个别IP还是新加坡全部的都是，可能要留给大家一起验证了。最后是否值得入手，我觉得港币299.9/月的价格，买到4核EPYC+4GB内存+30TB流量+5Gbps带宽+移动顶级回程+流媒体全解锁，配置和性能对得起这个价格，或者要求不高的可以考虑港币29.9/月的套餐，折合才一元一天，性价比也是比较高。但需要注意的是，如果你是联通用户可能需要考虑一下了，如果是移动或者电信用户不妨一试。
